Abortion is one of the devil's favorite things -- it destroys innocence, it destroys a child made in the image of God, and attacks motherhood and the family. Anyone who has had an abortion, or who has helped someone get an abortion, needs to confess this sin, and to pray prayers of Renunciation. Abortion can be a major opening for the devil to enter in.
