Question: Dear Brother, Greetings. I just wanted to let you know that Father Rippergers reasons for promoting the purple scapular are given in the last part of one of his more recent talks: "Our Times part IV, QampersandA w/Fr Ripperger" on YouTube. The question starts at 16:57 and the meat of his answer starts at 18:16. He acknowledges that the revelations do not have approbation, but his answer is, to me, rational and logical (and I dare say acceptable theologically); but that is not to say that I in any way endorse it or am recommending it you to; I am merely bringing to your attention his reasons, because his original, unqualified endorsement left questions hanging uncomfortably.
