Question: I have had ongoing problems at work that seem to have a pattern. Each job, or practically each, one has a person who begins attacking me by first saying how much they "respect" my experience and knowledge and credentials, and then the person will generally say they think I am beautiful, and then about a week later gossip will start and lies told, fabrications, and I loose my job because I can never fight back because I am always blindsided by this behavior. I am serious when I say this pattern is so familiar that when i walk into the workplace I could probably "guess" who and what will happen. Why am I hated at work? I am quiet, a hard worker, diligent, I have a good but serious personality. This of course has effected me mentally, I am tired, and worn out and stressed. I believe this is a demonic attack that continues to weaken me and ruin my reputation and life. I pray, others pray for me, I have had mild success, but its not over, I can feel that. I need deliverance, please help me.

You answer your own question as to why this pattern is likely repeated in each job - "I am quiet, a hard worker, diligent, I have a good but serious personality." Those attribute tend to be a threat to co-workers. Many, if not most, workplaces have a lot of goofing off, or working half-heartedly. When someone comes into the workplace that may be diligent in their job, not spending a lot of time at the water cooler, and with a serious personality people get nervous. Your diligence will be seen as "showing up" your co-workers. The diligence will point out their relative lack of diligence to the bosses. Thus, you may simply be a threat to your co-workers because you are a good and hard worker. I have had the same thing happen to me many times for the same reasons, except no one called me beautiful (I'm as ugly as a mud fence). My father had the same problem. We come from a ethic in which we get the job done without a lot of fanfare or dalliance. I am reminded of the story of a man who use to work unloading potatoes from train boxcars. My father use to do this too and I helped him when I was a young boy. Anyway, the quote was to unload an entire boxcar by 4pm. Well, this guy had his boxcar unloaded by noon and asked the foreman for another boxcar. The foreman said, "I'll give you another boxcar if you want, but you better watch your back cause doing two boxcars shows up the other guys and they ain't gonna like it." Bottomline is that more in likely you are a victim of "office politics" whereby the hard worker is not liked because it threatens the slackers. If the problem is not this exactly, it is likely something similar. On the other hand, it is always possible that demons could be interfering with your work trying to trip you up and make your life miserable. On that score I would recommend prayers in our Catalog linked below, such as the Hedge Prayer of Protection, and Rebuking Particular Spirits. The particular spirits in your case may be gossip, jealously, dissension, and any other attribute that you can identify. Unless there are other things going on in your life besides this one situation with your work, this approach outlined above is probably all that is needed.
