What advice when clueless catholic friend is being pressured by wiccans?	Jean	Sunday, December 30, 2007
Question: A friend who sings sacred songs for much of his living, has recently been targeted aggressively by a musician diagnosed as "jezebel" by a christian counselor -- targeted for 2 years, first with threats towards him and his artistic high profile friends, bad press, now seduction and offer of marketing help. However, I think her people realize I'm trying to pray for him to be redeemed christian (has catholic background but not fully saved), so I believe they are trying to "network" him amongst a wiccan myspace group of 4,000 -- my intuitions tell me the leader there is a "grand witch". What is the best I can do for him besides prayer? The lady who is leading this effort and introducing him to this crowd is highly in tune with wiccan as her activities matched this article -- http://sureword.faithweb.com/witchcraftscontrol.html I've just started praying the prayers on your website -- if you have any additional tips, I would welcome them. The basic thing to do for this fella is to pray spiritual warfare prayers on his behalf, which you are already doing. I would specifically pray the "Hedge of Protection for Others" on his behalf. If you think it applies, also the "Prayer for a Friend". If this person is backsliding from his faith and is wayward, then the "Hedge Prayer for Return of Wayward Person" may be appropriate. In terms of the Jezebel spirit and other spirits that may be surrounding him the "Rebuking Particular Spirits" may be appropriate (change the pronouns so that the prayer is directed to his situation and not one's own). The "spirits" here are at least the spirit of Jezebel, the spirit of witchcraft, and any other spirit that you can identify by attribute (not necessary to know the actual names of the demons). Perseverance in prayer is the key. We must continue to pray even if we do not personally see any benefit. We must plant the seeds and not worry about seeing those seeds germinate. In addition to your own prayers try to encourage him to pray the Hedge Prayer of Protection, Rebuking Particular Spirits and also the "Breaking Personal Curses and Spells". You can modify that prayer to ask God to break curses on his behalf, but he really needs to pray this himself. Encourage him to see the dangers here and the need for him to not associate with these people in ANY way. Encourage him to seek God's protection. If these curses and such are too much for him to handle, refer him to me and I can try to help him. He has to make up his own mind about what he will do. Sorry for the delay in responding.

The basic thing to do for this fella is to pray spiritual warfare prayers on his behalf, which you are already doing.
